Hope Winters is a New York City-based career counselor, and utilizes a variety of media platforms in her work to help educate and guide her clients. Before entering this field, Hope Winters attended Columbia Business School, where she graduated in 1984 with an MBA in marketing and finance.

Ms. Winters has also been employed as a teacher by various educational institutions over the past two decades, including Farleigh Dickinson University and Ramapo College. In addition to providing instruction in fields such as finance, she has worked with graduate students and undergraduates to improve their hireability upon graduation.

Throughout her time working with students, Hope Winters focused on academic advisement and interview preparation. Most recently, she was involved with Brooklyn College as a career counselor, helping students develop their job skills.

As an independent career coach, Ms. Winters works with clients to develop their employment elevator pitches while also creating clear and actionable messages. These efforts are focused on helping them develop and act on their long-term career goals.
